Exam Proctoring Request

Complete this form to provide us with your exam plans. We require a minimum five (5) business days, advance notice so we can schedule the proctor and set up the exam. All requests must be reviewed manually for proctor availability. Exam slots are in high demand. Please provide alternative dates and times that work for you in case an exam proctor is not available at your chosen date and time. You need to complete one form per exam.

Updated Exam Pricing

Starting May 1st, our proctoring fees will increase:

2-hour exams will incur a $150 proctoring fee.
3-hour exams will incur a $200 proctoring fee.
4-hour exams will incur a $250 proctoring fee.

Most of our exams require 2-hour timeslots. The exceptions are: the QAD/Instructor Exam (3 hours) and the RESNET Practical Simulation Exam (4 hours).

New Expedited Exams

Due to the massive increase in demand for exam proctoring, we are also implementing an “expedited scheduling fee” of $100 for exams that must be scheduled within five business days (The earliest being two (2) business days of today's date) of filing the request.
